Your will receive 365 days of free technical support starting with your first call / fax / e-mail to the technical support centre. The support team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the setting up of your software or about the many advanced featuresitcontains. |

After the 365-day free support period expires we offer two technical support options. The first is a pre-paid subscription service and the second option is a pay as you go service. |

he pre-paid annual subscription includes the following: |

The pay as you go service is simple to use. Whenever you need to contact the technical support team you will be charged on Jobs basis / Site Visits Basis. The fee for using this service is $10.00. |

Regardless of which option you choose you will always have access to the latest maintenance upgrades through our on-line support centre. |
